In the year 2000, after retiring from a 20-year career in the oil and gas business, I was finally able to pursue my real passon, real estate!

I am fortunate to live in Blue Lake Township, in N.E. Kalkaska County, a truly beautiful area with deep, clean, pristine lakes, RV trails and state land; where I am known as the "WATERFRONT SPECIALIST"!

I am not the "LIST-EM and LEAVE-EM" type Realtor. I actually live in the area where I LIST and SELL properties. I monitor properties while my clients are out-of-town and they are able to call me anytime of the day or night with their concerns!

Due to my hard work, I have been a very successful agent and I have received many awards for being a "Top Producer" since I started selling in the year 2000.

The important thing to me is a client's satisfaction for a job well done! I have made many wonderful friends and have many fond memories, since I have been in this tremendous profession!
